Comfy and best possible location so close to the central monuments and the center of Paris and subway, everything fine. Good to have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave and a fridge. Helpful staff overall...

Didn't find ventilation.

The location was ideal for visiting the city, with easy access to the Eiffel Tower and the metro. The neighborhood had great shops and restaurants. The owner and his wife were friendly and efficient. The apartment was clean and well-equipped.

The studios are amazing! They have a satellite flat-screen TV, parquet floors, and a fully equipped kitchen. It feels like a cozy home away from home. I loved the private balcony in the studios. It was so nice to relax there and enjoy the view. The seating area in some units was a great bonus. It gave me a comfortable space to unwind after a long day of exploring Paris.

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the hair dryer in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just me.

Mind-blowing location with easy access to the city and a short walk to the jaw-dropping Eiffel Tower. The apartment, though small, was nice and cleaned with everything we needed. The owner and his wife were super polite and efficient. We felt very safe in the area with our young child. Communication with the staff was great. The owner was superb and provided great recommendations. a fantastic place to drop our bags and sleep. Perfect for a couple of nights in the city!

Great location, only a short walk to popular attractions and public transportation. Lots of restaurants nearby. the flat was small but clean and comfortable for our family of four.

The lack of amenities such as shampoo and enough toilet paper was disappointing. the balcony being open to other people was a privacy concern.
